Abstract: The main purpose of the present research is to find out the factors affecting client's satisfaction
with the Mobile service providers in the state of Qatar. The current paper empirically examined
the relationship between service quality variables with customer satisfaction. The results of this
study are based on data gathered from 210 respondents selected by the convenient sampling
technique. The data obtained was analyzed by using reliability method, correlation and
regression. Results revealed that, only tangibles, reliability, assurance, network quality positively
influenced client satisfaction. |
