Abstract: This paper attempts to address the necessity of good communication and leadership in the Missional Church. Everyone talks about it, few understand it. Most people want it: few achieve it.1 Due to John Maxwell word above, this article is based on these two assumptions: First, God will continue to proclaim his kingdom to the world through the vehicle of the church. Second, it is assumed that God will continue to call and work though leaders as catalysts to accomplish his agenda. The purpose of this article is to study key communication factors that is needed for the Church. The article demonstrate that the Missional Church has been and will continue to be God's primary tool for proclaiming his kingdom to the world with the ultimate purpose being to "reconcile to himself all things".
